Chuck has been a principal of The Martin Architectural Group for over 35 years with a concentration in mixed-use planning and architecture. Chuck, a recipient of the AIA Gold Medal for Design, has been personally involved in the programming, planning, and architecture of millions of square feet of mixed-use commercial development across the country and specifically, within the Mid-Atlantic states. The client base for this work has involved some of the largest regional and multi-market developers in the industry: Beazer Homes, The Bozzuto Group, Centex Homes, Greenberg Gibbons Commercial, K. Hovnanian, Petrie Ross Ventures, Pulte Homes, Roseland Properties/Prudential, Sturbridge Homes, and Toll Brothers. The most recent mixed-use communities he has worked on include Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole (MD), Hunt Valley Towne Centre (MD), and The Village at Waugh Chapel (Gambrills, MD).

A graduate of University of Utah's five-year professional degree program with a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture, he is currently a licensed architect in 11 states. He also has completed graduate studies at the Wharton School of Real Estate Finance and is a member of both the Home Builders Association of Maryland and the International Council of Shopping Centers.

JImJames M. Riviello, AIA, LEED AP, CGP

As managing principal, Jim leads the senior project management team responsible for construction documents and services. He prepares the firm's service proposals; develops project work plans, schedules, scopes of work, and fees; and remains involved through contract negotiation, performance of work, and project close-out. Having spent his entire career, over 20 years, with The Martin Architectural Group, he has developed long time professional relationships with many of the firm's largest clients. His portfolio ranges from single-family homes within the renowned Bulle Rock golf course community (Havre de Grace, MD) to LEED-registered townhomes and apartments at Whispering Hills (Barnegat, NJ) to active adult condominiums at Carroll's Creek (Gambrills, MD).

Jim received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University in 1989 and is now licensed in 10 states. In addition to being a member of the United States Green Building Council, he is actively involved with the Home Builders Associations of Maryland and of Chester & Delaware Counties in Pennsylvania, and the Urban Land Institute. In touch with the latest trends in the industry, Jim responsibly addresses his peers at trade shows such as the International Builders Show and participates in various design workshops.

For ten years, Andy has served as the principal-in-charge of the firm's Florida office. Prior to joining The Martin Architectural Group, Andy served as the president and founding member of Sullivan Associates, which was established in 1973. With four decades of experience as a registered architect and planner in numerous states along the Eastern seaboard, he possesses a broad and thorough technical knowledge of design and building construction, as well as the functional elements of land planning and environmental analysis. He has extensive expertise in the preparation of Master Development Plans, Planned Unit Developments, and Environmental Impact Statements.

With notable clientele, both national and local to Florida, Andy has been the architect-of-record for 300,000 residential units, over 25 million square feet of commercial space, and over 90 golf club communities, and he has served as the public planner for numerous municipalities and school districts. He holds both a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Pennsylvania State University and a Master of Science degree in Urban Planning from Columbia University. Andy is actively involved with the Gold Coast Builders Association of Florida and the Urban Land Institute.

As a principal and managing partner of The Martin Architectural Group, Mike manages the architectural staff, developing project schedules and fees, preparing proposals and contracts for new projects and is involved in programming, planning and concept design. With over 22 years of experience, 12 years with the Martin Architectural Group, Mike has compiled an extensive portfolio of work in the mid and high-rise residential, assisted living, retail, municipal, and commercial markets, and has contributed significantly to the growth of the firm.  Mike’s portfolio of work includes the redevelopment of various brownfield sites including the multi-family residential projects of Port Imperial North (West New York, NJ), and the Silver LEED-certified Alexan City View (Bayonne, NJ); the retirement communities of Tide Pointe on Hilton Head Island and Chancellor at Altamonte Springs in Florida; mid and high-rise mixed-use developments of North Beach at Asbury Park (NJ), and Alexan Riverdale (Riverdale, NJ); and the retail projects of Avon Lake Towne Center in Avon Lake, Ohio and Waugh Chapel Towne Center in Maryland.

Mike began his architectural studies at Arizona State University and holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Drexel University.  Along with client management and business development, Mike brings a vast knowledge of construction systems and technologies to the firm. In addition to maintaining his professional registration, Mike is a licensed building inspector and a member of the American Institute of Architects, NAHB’s 50+ and Multi-Family Housing Councils, the Congress for New Urbanism, The Home Builders Association of Bucks and Montgomery Counties and the Urban Land Institute.

A thirty year veteran of the building industry, Mike is the director of The Martin Green Studio. Focused on the cultivation of the firm's sustainable portfolio, he aims to expand the current architectural and planning services to include more projects that require special attention to carbon footprint considerations and the use of environmentally-friendly building systems and materials. Recently, he was involved in the design process of one of the first Platinum LEED-certified townhome developments on the East Coast, Sheldon Crossing, in addition to a super-green mixed use development in Heifei, China that includes a 40-story office tower, 200-room hotel, and 25,000 SM shopping mall. Credited with the design of over 4,000 projects, Mike's work experience spans residential, commercial, medical, and industrial facilities, and has garnered him recognition by such publications as the Philadelphia Business Journal, Residential Architect, The New York Times, Computer Graphics World, and The Wall Street Journal.

Prior to joining The Martin Architectural Group, he founded and owned Mike Rosen Architects for twenty years, an award-winning firm known for pioneering Urban Visualization and Virtual Reality technologies in architecture. An active speaker at the International Builders Show since 1988, Mike has also dedicated time to the American Institute of Architects as the National Housing Chair, National Association of Home Builders as a Design Committee member, the ULI, and the United States Green Building Council. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from Temple University and is licensed in seven states.

Drew heads The Martin Architectural Group's commercial division, managing a spectrum of retail and mixed-use commissions from grocery anchored strip fit-outs to overall master planning and design of regional lifestyle centers. Throughout the past twenty years, Drew has produced a diverse portfolio that includes the much publicized, highly successful partial demolition and redevelopment of an indoor mall into the Hunt Valley Towne Centre (MD); McHenry Row, a Live/Work/Shop neighborhood in Baltimore, MD; the office- and retail-lined Main Street at South River Colony (Annapolis, MD); the Village at Waugh Chapel (Gambrills, MD), a master-planned mixed-use community; and the build-to-suit commercial components of Water's Edge Business Park (Bel Air, MD).

Drew maintains a hands-on approach with his projects – from design and construction documents through construction administration. His duties specifically entail client representation during construction and leasing efforts. In addition to the composition of Lease Outline Drawings, Tenant Manuals, and tenant fit-out permit and construction documents, he can provide tenant coordination between fit-out and shell documentation as well. Drew graduated from Drexel University with a Bachelor of Architecture degree. He remains active with the International Council of Shopping Centers and has presented Case Studies on the Run at their annual CenterBuild Conference.

As vice president of The Martin Architectural Group's design process, Ron is responsible for company-wide design direction and scheduling in response to client needs. Ron brings 25 years of architectural design and production experience to clients in both residential and commercial development. His diverse portfolio at the firm includes resort communities in Colorado, Florida, and South Carolina and the highly-publicized mixed-use developments of Annapolis Towne Centre at Parole (MD), Hunt Valley Towne Centre (MD), McHenry Row (Baltimore, MD), and Village at Waugh Chapel (Crofton, MD). A graduate of Ohio State University's Master of Architecture program, he is a registered architect in a number of states throughout the Mid-Atlantic region.

A registered architect in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Maryland, Dan joined The Martin Architectural Group in 2007, focusing on mixed-use and multi-family residential work. A large portion of his efforts have been concentrated on McHenry Row, a Harris Teeter-anchored "Live/Work/Shop" design that creates a vibrant urban avenue in Baltimore City by integrating two mid-rise, mixed-use structures with a five-and-a-half story, LEED Silver-registered office building. In addition to single-family and townhome products for several developers, his current work includes multiple apartment buildings and clubhouses in Maryland at The Reserve at Stoney Creek and Village of Waugh Chapel. He continues to provide LEED-registration support for a 20,000 SF office building in Evesham, New Jersey and HUD-process support for both McHenry Row and The Reserve at Stoney Creek.

Prior to working for The Martin Architectural Group, Dan led a 12-person team as Studio Leader at Toll Brothers, where he worked for 12 years primarily on residential projects. In 2002, he received his Bachelor of Architecture from Drexel University. Dan is a LEED-Accredited Professional, familiar with several LEED categories: New Construction, Core & Shell, Homes, Neighborhood Development, and Commercial Interiors. He is also an active member of the Delaware Valley Green Building Council.
