Site of approximate 17 acres with considerable development constraints yielded 42,112 sf Publix anchor with attendant 9504 sf drug store and 88,084 sf of secondary retail, primarily in 20x70-foot bays. Out parcels yield additional 10,300 sf of building for site yield of slightly better than target 20 percent. Parking provided for 895 cars at ratio of 6/1000.
