Like No Other
The NextGen Lifestyle homes are like rational homes, but built green in separate modules in a controlled manufacturing environment to exacting standards. There is little waste in manufacturing and the whole manufacturing process is closely monitored.
Designed by Leed Certified Designers the homes will meet the high standards of the NAHB’s National Green Building Standard and the energy efficient criteria of the U.S. DOE’s Building America Standards.
Flexibility of Design
The NextGen Lifestyle Homes are designed with modular floor plans, that can mixed and matched along with a variety of exteriors looks from contemporary to traditional that will work for young families to empty nesters and beyond.
Each home design incorporates a “Core Wall” System that allows for cost effective construction and delivers the “engine” that the home is built around, delivering a compact central location for utilities, wiring and more.
NextGen Lifestyle Homes “Companion Series”
The first series of homes to be introduced in 2012 will be the “Companion Series”, small foot print homes that are designed to reside on the same lot as an existing home.
In many parts of the country, these homes are referred to as auxiliary structures and require very little documentation for approval. The NextGen Companion Homes are ideal to be used when extra space is required for extended family members, aging parents, healthcare need, rental and other reasons.
