The infill site, located in an oceanfront community, presented many challenges from its irregularly shaped footprint. The project managed to provide a variety of unit types and included 1.5 parking spaces per unit. Spanish design aesthetic guided the architecture of the project. The courtyard amenities over podium parking, along with the high density multi-family condominium provides a truly unique living experience footsteps from Bruce Springsteen’s famous Stone Pony Bar.
