The Grove at Newark, a re-visioning of a former 46 acre local retail center transforming it to a community-need-driven, horizontal mixed-use complex. From a nearly 100% impervious site of parking and retail, the complex is now a destination-based, family-centric neighborhood.
The Compass at the Grove, the new residential component of the master plan, consists of two new buildings with 306 luxury apartments connected by green space and amenities such as fire pits, pool, cabanas, grilling stations, and roof terraces.
