EVESHAM OFFICE BUILDING

The new medical office building in Evesham, NJ was designed for a single tenant with their space, location, and parking needs in mind. Spearheaded to be a highly efficient sustainable building early in the design process, the team aimed for a significant goal and achieved LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Gold status.

With a combination of energy saving methods including photovoltaic panels, geothermal wells, and EV charging stations the energy usage and the carbon footprint of the building has been reduced over 30%. Combined with water efficient fixtures, and subterranean storm water runoff wells to slow discharge to the local system, as well as recycled content and regionally harvested resources, the impact of this building on the environment is substantially better than a typical building.
