Inspired by the site’s industrial roots, this 9 acre brownfield redevelopment acted as a catalyst for new growth in Baltimore’s Locust Point section, starting in 2007. The project, master planned to be a grocer anchored vertical mixed use site added density of apartments, restaurant and retail to this section of residential Baltimore. Parallel residential over retail buildings create a pedestrian vibrant outdoor seating space, while the adjacent office building shares an outdoor plaza with an 80 year old refurbished landmark water tower as the site’s main signage. Directly adjacent to I-95, and with views of the river, the inner harbor, and Baltimore’s skyline, this apartment community offers one of a kind lifestyle.
