The new residential components will be added to the existing and well-established Oxford Valley Mall, in Langhorne, PA. As part of the next evolution of the mall, the inclusion of residential and lifestyle apartment living was decided upon to replace a dormant “Boscov’s” anchor. The former endcap and parking area provided over 16 acres for the two-phase apartment project. By repurposing the site in this nature, the client will add tax revenue to the municipality, provide over 600 apartments, and reclaim what was completely impervious asphalt and roofing and provide back over 6 acres of open green spaces to be enjoyed.

The repurpose of the mall in this fashion creates a dynamic mixed use condition pushing a vibrancy of living, shopping, and dining.
