Port Imperial Landing, a master planned mixed-use project with over a mile and a half of waterfront properties along the Hudson River facing the beautiful Manhattan skyline, boasts a large variety of community amenities. The project successfully adjusted to the challenges of a larger brownfield redevelopment, with two high-rises and four mid-rise buildings nestled into the urban site.
