Highrailer is a six-story mixed use building which will contain boutique retail and restaurant space. Positioned fronting Main Street, with 110 apartments and a second level terrace amenity for the residents to enjoy. This sister building to “The Brit” completing this block on Main Street gathers modern interpretations of the aesthetics of many buildings that once lined the Main Street of New Britain as a nod to the past and a look to the future of this town steeped in the tradition of hard work. The BRT allows commuters to choose to live in a “small town” and work in Hartford with ease.
