A strategic Mall Re-Visioning design consists of two planned phases to provide 450 market rate apartments, with dedicated structured garages and amenities located on the closed SEARS parcel of the mall. Each apartment phase has been envisioned and detailed for an amenity and life-style rich, modern, and convenient resident experience. This new mixed-use community creates a strong balance between the existing Whitemarsh Mall and Whitemarsh Town Center shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities with a current, and fresh residential hub.
