This master planning project stemmed from the desire to provide an upgraded apartment and condominium experience along the Chesapeake Bay from the established Watergate Pointe community.
The property of 31 acres currently houses multiple two story apartment buildings, and five story condominium buildings that have exceeded their life cycle. The process looked at the overall site as an opportunity to heal some wetland setbacks, provide greater density on a smaller footprint, and increase the onsite parking.
A series of six phased development wrapper garage apartment buildings, along with a renovated clubhouse facilities produced of perfect combination of land preservation, tree mitigation, and increased multi-family units.
Located in the heart of the charming Eastport Neighborhood of Annapolis, the Marina at Watergate Pointe offers outstanding amenities with direct access to the Chesapeake Bay, from the protected waters of Back Creek.
