COBURN ROAD APARTMENTS

Initial design concepts for a new master planned neighborhood of two and three story apartment buildings in Sarasota Florida. The area, adjacent to a nature preserve is primed to provide ideal housing with views of the pond, and the nature preserve. A palm tree lined boulevard bifurcates the project in half and highlights the clubhouse as the backdrop with the pond in the distance. The pedestrian walkway connects several follies along the pond edge, and the amphitheater steps down the grading of the pond for concert events.
