The Martin Architectural Group is the architect of record for Northbank, consisting of Two over Two condominium townhouse buildings in the Fishtown neighborhood of Philadelphia. Working with our long-standing client Toll Brothers in conjunction with Toll Architecture and with concepts by KTGY, this for-sale project was developed to meet lifestyle living in the revitalized section of the city.
52 four story townhome buildings for 104 units total, with rooftop decks adjacent to the Delaware River, are provided within this larger overall development.
